At KissParts, every product undergoes manual inspection and packaging prior to shipping. The delivery time is calculated based on the processing time and shipping time.

The processing time for our products may vary. Some popular styles can be shipped within 3 days, while other orders may take 7-12 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame.

While we strive to get your jewelry boxes to you as soon as possible, shipping delays may occur. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring a safe and timely delivery of your order.

Please take note of the following information regarding shipping and tracking your order:

1. We are able to deliver to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) via our Free Standard Shipping method. However, please be aware that our Express shipping option cannot accommodate these types of addresses.

2. If your shipment is being sent to a remote area, please understand that there may be additional logistics surcharges imposed by the shipping company.

3. The estimated shipping times provided by our courier companies are just that - estimates. As such, we cannot be held liable for any delays that occur after your package has been dispatched. Although delays can happen due to uncontrollable factors, we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience caused.

Tracking your order is easy. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can also track your package online using the shipping tracking number provided (https://www.17track.net/en). To ensure timely delivery, please make sure that you provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. Double-check that your shipping and billing addresses are accurate.
