30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At KissParts, we want you to feel confident in your purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
To ensure that your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please keep the following conditions in mind:
1. Items that are returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return and exchange cannot exceed 30 days from the date of the original order. Please send us the tracking number within 7 days of agreement on return and exchange.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
5. If you received any promotional gifts with your purchase, please include them with your return. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send your return to the address on your package, as it is not our return address and may affect the processing of your return.
Important Information Regarding Refunds
Please note the following guidelines for refunds:
1. Refunds cannot be issued for items that do not have a jewelry boxes tag, or have been worn, damaged, or altered. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Items that have been used, replaced, or exchanged are not refundable.
3. Customized items, such as those with special sizes or colors, cannot be refunded.
4. Items in the clearance collection are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
1.Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 7 days.
2.The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested.
* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of KissParts representatives to get an authorization.
* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
KissParts will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.
1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact KissParts within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
When it comes to exchange, customers will be charged $10 for the exchange shipping fee via PayPal under the following circumstances.
1.Customer ordered the wrong size.
2.Customer does not like the item in person.
Self Service Return & Exchange Instructions
At kissparts.com, we strive to provide our customers with a pleasant and satisfactory shopping experience. To ensure this, we offer an Easy 30-day Return/Exchange service for any purchase. The policies begin from the day you receive the product until the date you report the issue to us.
Please note that returns without prior authorization will be refunded in the form of store credit (gift card). To receive a refund to your original payment method, kindly contact one of our customer service representatives for authorization. Returned or exchanged items should be new, unworn
As a thank you for your business and for any inconvenience caused, we offer a $10 store credit (gift card) as reimbursement for the shipping fee incurred in sending packages back. To initiate an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Complete the exchange/return form included with your order.
Step 2: Send your package and tracking information (tracking number and shipping courier) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step 3: Once the package is received and inspected by KissParts, we will issue a store credit to you.
Step 4: (For exchanges) Use the store credit (gift card) to order the new item(s).rder the new item(s).
Please Note: Please don‘t send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Check your shipping address information carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
Generally, all items will be sent into production 8 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
